Fitness Assessment Sessions

The OCUA Competitive Teams Alliance is proud to introduce: Fitness Assessment Sessions. All players interested in participating in a Alliance team’s tryouts will have to sign up for one fitness assessment session. Those sessions are also open to league players who wish to receive a complete fitness assessment for only $5!

The 2 hours session will push you to your limits, and assess your fitness level. How high can you jump? How fast can you run? How much power can you produce? Come find out!

Results from those sessions will be shared only with the team’s captains for the team(s) you tried out for, and sent to you personally by email. All results will also be posted anonymously on the website in order for players to be able to measure themselves to their peers. Our goal is to run the same session again mid-summer, and at the end of the summer, in order for players to see their own progression. A mid-winter session will also be considered to witness the damages of the Holiday’s turkey on your fitness level!

  • If you are trying out for an Alliance team, your tryout fee will cover the cost of this session. Some teams will consider those results as part of their selection process, others will use them as a personal tool to help you reach your potential as an ultimate player.
