Information For New Players

Welcome to the fun and exciting sport of Ultimate! If you don't already know much about it, you might want to read more about the sport or read the official rules and local amendments.

The majority of OCUA summer and fall league play is made up of established teams. At any given time, there are several teams looking for committed or occasional players. To look for teams that are searching for full time players or spares check the Teams Looking For Players forum. Alternately, you can create a post yourself in the Players Looking For Teams forum.

If you plan to play in an OCUA league, or wish to post to the forums, you will need to create a Leaguerunner account. Instructions are available.

If you want to kept up to date with the latest concerning the Ottawa ultimate scene, join the Ultimate Happenings E-mail list. This bi-weekly E-newsletter announces leagues, tournaments, clinics and other important ultimate information. Contact Drew Avis and ask to be put on the list.
