Women's 101 2010

OCUA is running a FREE introductory women's clinic! What better way to introduce women to this great sport?

Women’s 101 is a free clinic for women who have never played or tried Ultimate before. Participants will learn basic throws, drills and skills and have the chance to play the game. Women will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best players in Canada and will certainly fall in love with the sport as our members have!

Where:Carleton Field House
When: Tuesday, March 23, 2010
Time: check in at 6:30, clinic starts at 7:00 pm and runs until 9:00 pm
