Women`s 101 Clinic

Women who have never tried Ultimate before but always wondered what it was about are invited to come to our free Women’s 101 clinic. The clinic will cover basic throws, rules and drills in ultimate in an environment that is comfortable for brand new players.

Learn to Play

This 4 week program is designed for beginner and intermediate players. New players who want to develop a better grasp on the game before starting the summer league are ideal for the beginner stream. For players who have taken the winter off and want to bring their game back from vacation, the intermediate stream will help you get ready for summer and sharpen and develop your existing skills.

Adult Recreational League

Our regular adult recreation leagues, the most popular leagues in our association, are designed for new and skilled teams alike. Co-ed leagues, women’s leagues and masters leagues can all be found here.

Youth and Junior Recreational League

Our Youth and Junior recreational leagues are now available geographically! Get your kids out doors and playing a game that not only teaches athletics but preaches fun and good sportsmanship. Programs start at age 9 and run to age 18.

Volunteering
