Ramp up your Ultimate skills with some of Ottawa's most experienced coaches! Stella, the Ottawa women’s competitive club, will be hosting a development night to provide women with focused training and instruction.

Who: Any lady interested in ramping up her skills
Where: Louis-Riel Dome, Field 2
When: Sunday, February 18th
Time: 8:30pm-10pm (arrive early to warm up)
Cost: $10 (taxes included)
