CLARIFICATION OF ROSTER SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Monday, May 28th is the deadline for teams to meet the 
minimal roster submission requirements. These requirements 
are as follows:

1. Minimum of 12 players registered. This means they are on 
   the team list AND APPROVED by the captain/assistant.
2. Captain and Assistant Captain designated. Note that they 
   CANNOT BE THE SAME PERSON. 

It is each team's responsibility to meet these requirements. 
Failure to do so will result in the loss of the team's $50 
Roster Deposit.

3RD ANNUAL POLE-HOLE-KA MIXED-DOUBLES DISC GOLF TOURNAMENT

             Sunday, June 10, 2001, 12 noon
        Jacques Cartier Park (North), Hull, Québec

Date and Time:
SUNDAY, JUNE 10th, 2001, 12 noon,  (rain or shine)

Format:
Mixed-Doubles teams, 26-hole event, alternate-shot play.

Cost:
Entry fee will be $30 per couple.  (Non-profit)

Single players may request to register, and will be paired 
into teams as possible, on a first-come first-served basis.

All money taken in will come back to the players in the form 
of prizes, refreshments etc., and any surplus will be donated 
to support the Ottawa Disc Golf Club.

Prizes:
The Pole-Hole-Ka trophy will be awarded to the winners to 
keep for the year of their title.  Additional prizes for 
Men's and Women's closest-to-pin and long drive and something 
for each team.

Defending 2000 Champions: Roslyn Duclos and Jeff Meldrum

THE 10TH ANNUAL ULTIMATE BEACH TOURNAMENT

Britannia Beach - Saturday, June 16th 2001

All levels of teams are invited to spend a day on the beach 
playing Ultimate. Experienced and Recreational divisions 5 on 
5 on the Sand! (co-ed / max 3 same sex)

Register your team NOW - Space is quite limited (it's a small 
beach!) $80 per team includes food & drink for all
