Call for OCUA Board of Director Candidacy
=========================================

Yes, it's that time of the year again; OCUA Elections.

We're looking for FOUR dedicated individuals looking to give 
back to the Ultimate Community.

The four positions are to fill the 4 Board Members whose 
terms are ending.

Our departing Board Members this year are:

Gavin Thompson
Nalan Yuksel
Steve Seabrook
Andy Morrisey

Our best wishes and biggest Thank-YOU's go out to them.

Left to hold the fort are:

Ken Lange
Deb Murphy
Robin Kealey
Lauren Wardell


As in previous years, we are looking for 4 candidates to 
accept the role of OCUA Director for a period of TWO years.

The voting will again occur during divisional playoffs (ie. 
Sept 7th/8th and Sept 14th/15th )

The candidacy call is open to any registered member (ie. 
player) in OCUA who does not have a financial interest or is 
in any conflict of interest with the Association. ( ...As 
defined in the "OCUA Policy and Guidelines on Conflict of 
Interest and Standards of Conduct. )

Since the Elections will be held in September, we are facing 
a fairly tight schedule and as such, the deadline to submit 
your candidacy is Midnight on Friday Aug 30th.

I would ask however, that anyone considering to enter as 
candidate, please give me notice as soon as possible (ie. 
Before the 30th), so that I may provide a full list of rules 
and guidelines before you write your bio.

For those wishing submit their candidacy , I will want a 
brief bio (half page or so), and picture to be submitted by 
the deadline date.
