REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR A NEW OCUA WEB SITE DESIGN 

An OCUA player/web site designer is being sought to submit 
two concepts for consideration for the new look and feel of 
the OCUA web site. 

Proposal Structure/Content:
The proposal should contain an example of a home page and at 
least one back page. Each design proposal should match the 
requirements of the web site's information 
architecture/content hierarchy and the site construction 
details that are provided  (see RFP posting on OCUA web site 
for details). 

The blue, green and white OCUA logo is to remain as it is at 
present and should be a dominant feature of any redesign. 
The use of photos is encouraged. Future access to photos can 
be obtained through the OCUA players and the board. 

There is a budget of $1,200 for the design element of the 
site. While this doesn't represent the market value of the 
work, it is an attempt to offer a fee for service for 
finishing the task within the timeline set out by the Board 
of Directors. Please note in your proposal an amount within 
the budget of $1,200 that you feel is appropriate for the 
work to be done. We are asking for two references/examples 
of your work with your submission as well.
