FINAL CALL FOR CANDIDATES REMINDER

Everyone "should" have received an e-mail from their captain 
this week, with some info on what's happening with the OCUA 
Elections, and announcing a Call for Candidates.

The deadline for Candidates is FRIDAY Oct 10th (Tomorrow, 
or TODAY by the time you read this!).

Please contact Stephan Suys ASAP at s_suys@hotmail if you 
plan on submitting your candidacy.

To date, we have the following candidates:

Armstrong, Sam
Bowditch, Cory
Donovan, Lee
Lange, Ken
Wilkie, Jennifer

The Elections will be held by e-mail from Tuesday Oct 14th 
to Monday Oct 20th (Midnight).

All captains will receive an e-ballot, updated elections 
info, and candidate bios on Monday Oct 13th.

Captains who have not received an e-ballot by Tuesday (Oct 
14th) should contact s_suys@hotmail.com

[ NB. I know this will happen because some captains have new 
e-mail addresses which have not been updated in 
LeagueRunner]

To apply for a hard-ship share buy back please contact Nick 
Roberts, gm@ocua.ca. A certain percentage of the share buy 
back has been set aside for this purpose. If they are not 
used for this they will be drawn from the general list.

As a multiple share holder, to opt for guaranteed percentage 
buy back please contact Nick Roberts, gm@ocua.ca. Multiple 
share holders have the option of having a guaranteed 
percentage of their shares bought back (based on number 
owned and overall numbers to be bought back). If you opt for 
this, you will not participate in the general drawing.

Don't want to bother? Donate your share to OCUA. For the 
appropriate forms, contact Nick Roberts, gm@ocua.ca.
