       SPECIAL ISSUE: OTTAWA MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS 2003       

Are you ready for the up-coming municipal election? Do you 
know which candidates are pro-Ultimate and which ones 
aren't? Elections are Monday, November 10th.

In an effort to help our members get ready, we've prepared 
an Election Readiness Kit to help you evaluate the 
candidates and decide which ones are good for the City, and 
Ultimate in particular. Your municipal council is where 
decisions regarding recreation are made, including decisions 
of facility and field development and allocation. Voting is 
one of the most basic tools of democracy at your disposal. 
We have the voting power to set the future direction of 
ultimate in Ottawa, so let's use it!
