2017 Summer Youth Leagues (8-13 yrs)

Welcome to the OCUA Youth Ultimate Leagues!

Within Ottawa, we offer 2 divisions of Ultimate to all youth aged players (between 8 and 13 years old). Each division will allow for a complete development of the player's skills, offering new challenges along the way.

Youth League Details

  • Divisions
    • u10: Youth born between 2007 and 2009
    • u13: Youth born between 2004 and 2006
  • Format:  All leagues are coed except for Wednesday Central
  • Time: All leagues are from 6:30pm to 8:00pm
  • Start and End Date
    • Mondays: May 15th to August 7th
      (Note: Ben Franklin Park, Nepean, League will be at a different location on August 7th)
    • Tuesdays: May 16th to August 8th
    • Wednesdays: May 17th to August 9th
    • Thursdays: May 18th to August 10th

What's included?

  • Team jersey
  • Disc (only available during jersey pick-up at the office)
  • Youth & Junior Ultimate Kickoff Party (Saturday, June 3rd)
  • End-of-summer Youth & Junior Festival and Youth Ultimate Challenge Cup (Saturday, August 12th)

Jersey Pick-up Dates and Times

Pick up your jersey before the league starts and receive a free disc! Jerseys can be picked up from Tuesday, May 9th to Friday, May 12th between 9am and 5pm at OCUA's office, 875 Bank St. Suite #1. Two evening times have been scheduled - Tuesday, May 9th from 5pm to 7pm and Thursday, May 11th from 5pm to 7pm.

Our Youth Program runs entirely with the help of volunteer coaches and we need your help to keep the program going strong. We will provide you with a pre-season coaching clinic (date to be announced), curriculum and a great group of kids ready to play! Levels

Refund Policy

$25 will be charged on all cancellations requested up to 3 weeks prior to the start of the league. After this time, no refunds are provided. OCUA reserves the right to ask any player to leave. If requested to leave, prorated fees less the administration fee will be provided. Under no other circumstances will refunds be provided.
