OCUA League Play

Whether it's a hot, sunny summer evening or a cold winter day, you can usually find OCUA players enjoying a game of Ultimate. OCUA runs adult leagues year-round for all skill levels ranging from beginner to competitive, as well as youth developmental leagues in the summer and winter.

Winter League

Runs from mid or late November till mid March.

Format is indoor hat leagues.

Summer League

The largest Ultimate league in the world.

Co-ed (4/3), womens and mens leagues in a range of skill levels.

Runs from mid-May until the end of August.

Fall League

Another favorite in Ottawa.

Competitive and recreational co-ed play.

Runs from mid September until the end of October

Youth League

We start 'em young in Ottawa. Summer Ultimate for youth aged 9-13 and juniors aged 14-18. Winter indoor for juniors aged 14-18.
