2015 Pre-Summer Clinic: Defence

Description: Expert D-Line players will lead you through the defensive concepts of marking a thrower and person to person defense. You will learn how to “mark-up” effectively, decreasing the amount of time you spend trying to “catch-up” or find yourself in the wrong position to make the easy D. You will also learn the effectiveness of holding a force and how to position yourself in regards to the person who is throwing. Different strategies will be discussed in regards to positioning, which will result in you creating more turnovers for your team and winning more up field battles
