2013 OCUA AGM - Proxy Form
Please find attached the proxy documents for the 2013 AGM. The 2012 AGM Minutes and the 2013 Agenda will be posted by next Monday, September 23, 2013. Please note that if you intend to vote in person at the AGM (Sept 24, 7:00pm at 1755 Merivale Road), we will have copies of the ballot ready for you - no need to print extras. If you do plan on attending, please get some team mates to fill out proxies!
