East End Monday Spring 5 x 5, Switch on the fly

This is a new league that we are so happy to offer! 5 on 5 is a fast paced game where play never stops. Players can tag in or tag out in their substituation zone while the game is in progress. To read the rules for this league please check out the OCUA Specific League Rules here.

This league is a recreational league. All players, regardless of skill level are welcome to play, learn the game, and have fun.

Where: Hornet's Nest Superdome Sports Center
When: April 8th, 2013 - May 6th, 2013 - 5 weeks
Game slots: 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Game length: 60 minutes
Field Size: 92' x 176'
Teams: 4 teams of twelve, 5 vs 5, Co-ed: 3/2 ratio.
Individual or pair entry only.

Cost until February 7th, 2013:  $56.50 (includes HST)/ per player

Cost after February 7th, 2013: $62.00 (includes HST)/ per player

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY FEBRUARY 7th, 2013 to AVOID LATE FEE

Spots are only guaranteed to individuals who have paid. No post dated cheques will be accepted.

All NSF cheques will be subject to a $20 fee.

Refund Policy:

• For individual registrations, a $25 administration fee will be charged on all cancellations up to 3 weeks before programs commence. After this time, no refunds are provided.
• For team registrations, a $50 administration fee will be charged on all cancellations up to 3 weeks before programs commence. After this time, no refunds are provided.
• OCUA reserves the right to ask any player to leave. If requested to leave, prorated fees less the $25 administration fee may be provided at the discretion of OCUA.
• Under no other circumstances will refunds be provided.
