Winter Women's Coached Program

Calling all Ladies!

The competitive women’s program invites you to play in the Winter Women’s Indoor Coached League. A league for women of all skill levels.

We’re happy to offer a twelve week program this year.  The program will focus on improving all of our basic frisbee skills and learning a few new things (hammers, scoobers, hucks, deep strikes).  A typical session will include an hour of skills/drills/strategy and an hour of game time.  There will be game-only nights close to Family Day and the March Break so players away on holiday don't miss new techniques and strategy.

During our twelve weeks together we'll play a mix of 4x4 (lots of disc touches for everyone), 6x6 ("normal" indoor frisbee), and 7x7 (to practice our outdoor stacks/zones).  There will also be a 5 minute rule break each week to talk about some of the more tricky rules - requests always welcome.

If you would like to play in a women’s league and be coached by our competitive women’s program, then this is the league for you! Register now because spaces are limited.
