To avoid further ridiculing I'd like to get a game going on Saturday, at 1:00. Let's say we have it at St Pius (corner of Dynes Rd & Fisher Ave, about 1km South of Basline/Fisher - at the Lone Star), there is lots of parking and the grass there is pretty good. Bring a white (not grey) and a black (not grey) shirt!
....not that I'm interested in setting it up, but if there is any pick-up going on this Saturday at say 1ish, I'm sure a lot of people would show up to play. Especially if the weather holds up. Seeing that league games are cancelled, I'm assuming that there are a lot of people out there who would be interested in heading out to play :)
I'm trying to find people to play pick-up games at Ottawa U. I'm still putting up more fliers, but there has be some students interested. It could be at a nearby downtown location, like Major's hill, if its more convenient.
