Stall count at 8 in winter leagues?

Hello,

I have a Rules question:

  • for indoor games where the stall count is 8, how is the stall count resumed in view of Rule XIV. A. 5? For example, after an uncontested offensive foul or violation (normally "count reached plus 1, or 9 if over 8) or after a pick (normally "count reached plus 1, or 6 if over 5")?
