I was out at UPI last night watching games and there was a shot of lighting over Rideau Carleton raceway. It was around 7:50pm. What happens when there is a flash of lightning and one team leaves the park while one team stays at the field and waits 30 min ? does the team that left forfeit ? even if they were ahead ?
