Teri-Lynne has been a cornerstone in our community for well over a decade. From her early work with OCUA between 2008 and 2012, to her years of leadership and dedication at Ultimate Canada from 2012 to 2020, and her time on the board of Ontario Ultimate, she has helped shape the sport we love at both the local, provincial and national level.
Her commitment has never stopped at just the professional side. Since 2016, Teri-Lynne has given her time and heart to OJCUP — first as a coach, and since 2019 as a team manager. In those roles, she’s not just built stronger teams, but stronger people. She has mentored athletes, encouraged them to believe in themselves, and shown them what true sportsmanship and leadership look like.
Teri-Lynne, you are more than a leader. You are a role model, a mentor, and a friend to so many. You’ve changed lives, opened doors, and inspired countless players and coaches. The respect you’ve earned across the Ultimate community is a reflection of your generosity, your integrity, and your passion for helping others grow.
Please join me in honouring Teri-Lynne Belanger as a 2025 inductee in the BUILDER category to the OCUA Hall of Fame.
Teri-Lynne was presented with her award during the 2025 OJCUP Year-End Banquet by Executive Director, Jeremy Hill. You can read the entire speech here.
