Youth & Junior Lead Coach

Youth and Junior Convenors help OCUA manage the next generation of Ultimate players. Lead Coaches are a resource for parents and coaches, and the first point of contact for parents before staff. To see the lineup of the current team of lead coaches and coaches, visit the link here.

  • Email communications from parents and coaches
  • Attend practices and scheduled meetings
  • Manage coaches and incorporate practice plan
  • Instruct on Spirit of the Game
  • Monitor health and safety of participants
  • Bring coaching supplies provided by OCUA
  • Help coach or recruit coaches if additional support is needed

Compensation: 50$ / week. 

Conditions: Per activities involved with age groups in the vulnerable sector, convenors and coaches are required to complete a Criminal Reference Check. If you don't have one, OCUA will provide you with the necessary documents to get one for free.
