Our coaches are responsible for introducing youth or junior players to the sport of Ultimate with primary emphasis on fun and secondary emphasis on learning and understanding the sport of Ultimate. Coaches must have a basic knowledge of the rules and the ability to lead a team in functional drills while integrating fun games and challenges to assist in skill development. Each group of coaches will be supported by the Youth & Junior Convenor at every league location and be provided with a practice plan each week for the duration of the season.
