Tuesday 7v7 League Details

  • Membership: *REMINDER* all players need an up to date OCUA Annual Membership to register or play in any league
  • Start Date: Tuesday, May 19th
  • End Date: Monday, August 25th
  • Playoff Dates: Included with your fees is entry to League Playoff Weekend held at Ultimate Park on August 29th - 30th.
  • Game Time: All games start at 6:45pm (except at Hillcrest or Carleton, 6:30pm)
  • Schedule: Your schedule will be released at least two weeks prior to each game.
  • Field Locations: Ultimate ParkLynda Lane, Carleton MNP ParkHillcrest TurfBen Franklin ParkMoffatt Farm Veteran Park, and Charmaine HooperFields are subject to change based on registration.
  • Rules: USA Ultimate's 2020-2021 Rules + OCUA League Specific Rules.
  • Gender Ratio: The gender ratio is 4:3 (*updated*)
  • Recommended Roster Size: OCUA suggests a roster of 8 open and 6 women players with 2-3 spares.
  • Ladder System and Team Ranking: OCUA uses the "Wager Ladder" instead of divisions which is a ratings system that ensures your team will play a team of similar skill and you will move up and down the ladder depending on whether you win or lose. This system prevents blowouts and ensures teams see a variety of opponents. 
  • Jerseys: OCUA has an official apparel partner, BE Ultimate, who can hook you up with all of your team jerseys and performance wear needs. Members get 10 to 15% off! Details can be found here.

Registration: Complete the Online Registration (links below) and only pay your team's $200 deposit via credit card, email money transfer or cheque. The remaining balance is due by the Captains Meeting, which will be hosted once social distancing orders are lifted.

Refund Policy

Summer teams pay a non-refundable deposit of $200 to secure their team's registration. After the Captains Meeting, no refunds are provided. For further details click here: OCUA Refund Policy
