Sunday League Details

• Membership: *REMINDER* all players need an up to date OCUA Annual Membership to register or play in any league.
• Start Date: Sunday, July 26th
• End Date: Sunday, August 30th
• End Time: All games start at 6:30pm 
• Schedule: Divisions will play two round robins and its schedule will be released as soon as possible.
• Field Locations: Lynda Lane Park
• Rules: USA Ultimate's 11th edition + OCUA League Specific Rules + new Stage 3 rule amendments
• Gender Ratio: 3:2
• Maximum Roster Size: A maximum roster of 12 is allowed (no subs). Please be sure to have an adequate number of both open and women players.
• Maximum Division Size: A maximum of (4) teams will be in your division.
• Team Matching: OCUA will endeavour to match you with teams of similar skill-level in your division. 
• Jerseys: OCUA has an official apparel partner, BE Ultimate, who can hook you up with all of your team jerseys and performance wear needs. Members get 10 to 15% off! Details can be found here.

Registration: Complete the Online Registration (links below) and pay via credit card, email money transfer or cheque.
