We invite any players interested in competitive Adult Ultimate to fill out the application form below.

REMINDER THAT YOU MUST ALSO FILL OUT THE INDIVIDUAL GOOGLE FORMS FOR EACH TEAM YOU ARE APPLYING FOR. THEY CAN BE FOUND HERE

Senior Mixed Teams: Crank, Leverage, Torque
Senior Open Teams: Phoenix, Bhoenix, Void
Senior Women's Teams: Stella, OZ
Masters Mixed Teams: Cranky, Elder
Masters Women's Teams: Rosie
Grand Masters Mixed Teams: Pushing Daisies
Grand Masters Women's Teams: Rosie

$20 - Not Able to Attend Tryouts
$50 - Senior SINGLE GENDER OR MIXED GENDER teams with a minimum of (2) tryouts.
$50 - Masters OR Grand Master WOMEN's teams with a minimum of (2) tryouts.
$50 - Masters OR Grand Master Mixed teams with a minimum of (2) tryouts.
$75 - Grand Master Mixed AND Grand Master Women teams with a minimum of (3) tryouts.
$100 - Masters Mixed AND Masters Women's teams with a minimum of (4) tryouts
$100 - Senior SINGLE GENDER AND MIXED GENDER teams with a minimum of (4) tryouts.
