- The park is connected to the bikepath that follows the north (east) shore of the Rideau River.

- This park is used for ice-skating in the winter and the turf is overseeded and aerated in the spring by the city to prepare it for use by soccer and ultimate. Expect field conditions to improve over the course of the spring season.
