See this link for more info: https://forms.gle/tb34GvWJo8nqHo5k6

The event is being held on Saturday June 8th from 7-10PM at Carleton University TAAG park field (1125 Colonel By Dr, Ottawa, ON K1S 5R1).

First up we'll have the youngins versus the masters (7-8:15PM). Then the winner of game #1 will take on the senior women's team in game #2 (8:30-9:45PM).

All event proceeds will go towards supporting the three TC women's teams. If you want your food and drink purchases to support the teams, please purchase them ahead of time along with your event tickets, as food and drink sales at the game will go towards Carleton. You will receive physical tickets upon entering the game and will be able to join a separate line at the concession and beer stands.

All event attendees will be eligible to enter a draw for a $70 BE gift card, or one of 4 pairs of BE socks, 4 buffs, and 1 aerolite hat!

Notice of Meeting: 2024 AGM

The 2024 OCUA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday, April 30th at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held virtually and we hope that you are able to join us!

The AGM is an important event on the OCUA calendar that features important organization business such as the acclamation of new Board members. This year, there will be no bylaw amendments proposed for review. Following the conclusion of the 2024 AGM, we invite members to stay online for an information session hosted by OCUA Staff & Board that will include a review of OCUA’s operational highlights from the past year and Summer 2024 season reminders.

Registration is free and now available at https://www.ocua.ca/zuluru/events/view?event=1545

Registration will close Monday, April 29, 2024, the day before our AGM.
[Note: the login link for the virtual meeting space will be sent to all registered participants the week of the AGM]

The AGM agenda with supporting information is available online at https://www.ocua.ca/AGM.

If you have any questions about the AGM, please contact the Board Chair at chair@ocua.ca.

Specific questions about the acclamation of new Board members should be directed to the Nominations Committee at nominations@ocua.ca
